Thank you for shopping with Veluri. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on velurimen.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (such as major sales, holidays, or product launches), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if any significant delays occur.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship internationally to most countries worldwide, including but not limited to:
- United States, Canada, and Mexico
- United Kingdom and the European Union
- Australia, New Zealand
- United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman
- Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan
- South Africa and other selected regions
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@velurimen.com to confirm whether we can ship to your location.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to destinations where we are unable to ship reliably.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders over $30 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency, automatically converted at checkout).
Since our shirts start at $39.90, virtually every order qualifies for free shipping automatically.
Expedited shipping options, where available, may be offered at an additional cost at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- United States and Canada: 3 to 7 business days
- United Kingdom and European Union: 5 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They depend on your location, the carrier, customs clearance, and other factors outside our control.
Please note that these timeframes do not include the order processing period described in Section 1.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system after your shipping confirmation email is received.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@velurimen.com.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Customs policies vary widely between countries. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about possible charges before placing an order.
If a package is refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees. A refund may be issued for the product cost only, once the package has been returned to us.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@velurimen.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been processed.
Once an order has shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified.
8. Failed Delivery and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to pay customs duties
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- The recipient being unavailable to receive the package
The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. Alternatively, the customer may request a refund for the product cost, excluding the original shipping cost.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. Veluri is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office
- Look around the delivery location for safe drop-off spots
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
- If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact us at info@velurimen.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will assist where possible
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:
- Taking photos of the packaging and the items inside before unboxing further, if possible
- Refusing the delivery if the damage is severe and the carrier is present
- Contacting us at info@velurimen.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages, depending on stock availability and warehouse location. If this happens, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
12. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We currently ship to most P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. However, delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard delivery times, and tracking may be limited.
13. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@velurimen.com. We will do our best to accommodate requests received before your order has been processed and shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. You may follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
14. Holiday and Peak Season Delays
During major holidays (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and New Year) and peak shopping seasons, shipping carriers may experience higher volumes, which can lead to delivery delays beyond our control.
We recommend placing orders early during these periods to allow for potential delays.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable laws. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
