Return & Refund Policy

At Veluri, we want you to love every shirt you order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition, with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging when possible
  • Free from any signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • Free from stains, odors (including perfume, smoke, or deodorant), pet hair, or any other contamination

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions. In such cases, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@velurimen.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return
  • Whether you would like a refund or an exchange

Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with instructions and a return authorization. Please do not ship the item back before receiving this authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect, damaged, or defective item).

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Veluri is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you, once we receive your original return.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees (if applied at checkout) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are not reimbursed unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase

6. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability.

If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will offer you the choice between a full refund or store credit.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@velurimen.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem and the product packaging

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our customer service team

9. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@velurimen.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests received before your order has shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may follow our standard return process upon delivery.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of being notified of approval, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank; processing time before a refund posts may vary
